| | Gibertini 150x166cm - Fortec star 180cm « Thread Started on Oct 9, 2009, 9:34pm » | |
Hi all, I´m looking for a bit of advice and this seems like the best place in cyberspace . At the moment I have a Fortec star 180cm (stop laughing please) an invacom quad lnb and feed horn connected to a sky digibox (pace DS430N) and the reception varies from good to nothing depending on the time of day and if there is a breeze or not. So I now have the money and a chance of a good deal on a Gibertini 150x166 dish. Question is will there be any improvement with the new dish? I live in Tulstrup about 30 mins north west of Copenhagen. I`m planning to keep the invacom quad and buy a feed horn for an offset dish. All advice and suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

Indications from members in your area are that the Gibertini will provide very good reception, better than the FortecStar. You'll get the best results from the ChanelMaster offset feedhorn, it's much better made than Gibertini's own. There are previous posts with tips for using this LNB/feedhorn combination, try a search.
